Bacchus Earrings

These earrings are a component from the Penelope’s Crown workshop.  The grape motif is found throughout antiquity in jewelry, mosaics, and frescoes.  Participants will learn to make grape leaves with a combination of Right Angle Weave and peyote stitch and grape clusters with a variation of Nepal Chain to make a pair of earrings or bracelet.  Instructions include directions for both medium and large leaves.

Intermediate – Participants should be proficient in peyote and familiar with Right Angle Weave basics.
