Iside (Isis in Italian) is a pendant inspired by the headdress that is found on many of the statues of Isis found in Pompeii and Southern Italy.  This Egyptian goddess was worshipped in Pompeii where a temple and frescoes showing the rituals of the cults have been found.

Components are made with peyote stitch and then combined with right angle weave to create this pendant.  Although the pendant is shown on a Viking Knit chain, Viking knit will not be taught in this workshop but instructions for Russian Spiral will be included in the handout.

One-Day Workshop.  Participants should be proficient in peyote.
